This situation has placed small businesses who lack the resources to move towards an online model and cannot compete against larger incumbents, at an increased risk of failure. Local-E, aims to provide a sustainable and efficient solution in the form of a new network loyalty platform (Local ePay) which utilises machine learning to increase footfall and sales as well as minimize merchant costs.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
