In particular this project recognises that it may not be appropriate or possible for staff to be present on site due to quarantine or infection risk considerations. This tool will allow them to work remotely supporting medication administration tasks within a carehome.

The project also seeks to use the same secure communication channel to provide messaging from carer to next of kin when normal access arrangements and messaging are compromised.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
