This exacerbates disparities in employment history and salary progression for vulnerable worker groups. Utilising advanced Artificial Intelligence methods this project offers a streamlined solution which automates the entire employment onboarding journey end-to-end journey from issuing the first offer letter, over checking references and employment requirements to processing the first salary. By automating compliance checks and document generation, this project significantly reduces administrative burdens and compliance risks.
