John Lewis Partnership (JLP) will trial a fleet of 43 dedicated gas HGVs from their distribution centres at Magna Park, Milton Keynes; vehicles will also trial a novel transport refrigeration unit (TRU) that will further reduce vehicle emissions and reduce vehicle noise. CNG Fuels will provide a high pressure (LTS) grid-connected compressed natural gas (CNG) refuelling facility to supply biomethane to the fleet during the trial period, and additional infrastructure to enable continuous and growing gas demand into the future. Cambridge University will support the Project by gathering and analysing data in relation to vehicle and refridgerator performance.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
