AIRSIGHT Data Exchange follows the successful Future Flight Challenge "SafeZone" project, where air flow in the urban environment was modelled to high fidelity and then validated with measurements from drone flight trials at Cardiff Airport, St Athan Airport and Bro Dyfi Community Renewables wind farm in Wales.

AIRSIGHT Data Exchange will use industry-standard software and hardware components augmented with bespoke software developments for data exchange with AAM services. These must be suitable for secure transmission and ingestion by the UAS platforms, and require only as much on-board processing as can be done by a standard drone-based computer.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
