LoadSCAN uses ultrasonics to quicly, accurately and at low cost measure the load in pinned and plate connections. The purpose of the innovation voucher is to help to develop a theoretical understanding of the acoustoelastic effect in plate components to achieve a step change in commercialisation of the LoadSCAN technology.
