Customers will be able to choose from a catalogue of inspirational design templates that can be customised and adapted to any project. Each design will be fully compatible with a zero-carbon, digitally-manufactured building system called WikiHouse. The project aims to rebrand customer perceptions of pre-fab houses and increase uptake of modern construction methods amongst private developers.

As part of the project, LAMA will also establish a local supply chain of MMC-knowledgeable consultants, manufacturers and assemblers, ensuring there is a clear end-to-end solution for clients interested in this construction route.

The scheme aims to provide a streamlined route from design to construction, avoiding protracted traditional tender processes and minimising time wasted on value-engineering phases. This new service will be commercialised as a 'fast-track' design & manufacture package for customers seeking an efficient turn-key process for sustainable, high-quality housing using modern methods of construction.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
