facilities at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (‘RAL’) to create an X-ray Collimator for
clinical, security and industrial imaging applications on behalf of Radius Diagnostics Ltd
(‘Radius’).

The proposed project will: incorporate the lessons of a prior Viability Study and develop a basic prototype at centimeter scale; conduct specialist testing that will confirm technical feasibility; investigate production and assembly options; and, create a Collimator that can be integrated with the X-ray source.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
