The use of electronics is increasing in Bio-Tech, Energy Transportation and Communication sectors, where the UK has deep intellectual, research and technical skill. Design Houses and Manufacturers of electronic products typically do not have the capability to know how much their conceptual products 'should cost' when manufactured to the right specification, in the most appropriate manufacturing facility in the most appropriate location in the world. The use of this on-line tool will increase the global competitiveness of UK inventions by enabling the successful commercialisation of more UK-designed, globally mass-produced products.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
