The first relates to the need to reduce input costs, supporting the sectors recovery from the pandemic and ongoing supply chain challenges due to the Ukrainian war (Russia and Ukraine accounting for \&amp;gt;60% of sunflower oil production). The second relates to the sectors drive towards sustainability with the average UK restaurant generating over 12K litres of oil per annum.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
