This will be achieved by the development of a ‘toolkit’ of guidelines, best practice, business models and technology to enable replication of large-scale Telehealthcare deployment across the care pyramid and through various commissioning channels. This will be supported by an independent quantitative &amp;amp; qualitative evaluation of the deployment of Telehealth to high-acuity patients in NHS North Yorkshire &amp;amp; York.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
