The project offers a life course approach to the delivery of female reproductive health support. It will help individuals and employers and help take the pressure off national health services and support economic growth by empowering women to take a proactive and preventative approach to their health so that they can equitably engage long-term in the workplace.

The platform will provide an innovative solution for employers to integrate hormone health education and support easily into their wellbeing strategies, HR, and health & safety policies. This will directly benefit employers by minimising attrition costs and sick leave, whilst supporting their employees to be happy and healthy inside and outside of the workplace.

It will enable employees to access hormone health information anonymously, empowering them to take control of their health and removing barriers to accessing preventative health and wellbeing services.

The software is a cost-effective "plug & play" solution that will save employers time and money by avoiding development costs.

Any size employer can benefit from the software from SMEs to larger organisations with HR departments, wellbeing teams or occupational health professionals. There is no minimum employee number to enable employers to access the software.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
