Now, any company can use powerful cAI platforms like Google DialogueFlow, Rasa, IBM Watson to build their own cAI assistant, enabling them to provide faster and better customer care.

Yet, current cAI solutions are only available for the top 45 languages, leaving 1.05 Billion people behind.

Moreover, companies that need to offer cAI to their customers in multiple languages (as they may be multinationals or are located in multilingual geographies), must create and maintain a cAI in every single language.

This is slow, prohibitively expensive, and operationally difficult, which significantly reduces the rate of cAI adoption, especially for small businesses (SMEs).

Our industry market research confirmed the limitations of these solutions and the interviewees clearly indicated the need for a better approach.

Algomo\_2.0 overcomes this problem, by developing a commercial multilingual cAI platform, where a single cAI can understand 109 languages, without the need for translations. This technology will be accessible as a SaaS product, targeting international SMEs.

Our innovation is leveraging modern advancements in

* Machine Learning (transfer learning, multi-task learning in NLP ) and
* Human-Computer Interaction

to create a no-code SaaS platform specifically designed to help companies automate their customer service both in multiple and low resource languages.

Our vision is to bring the advancements of AI to every person on earth, no matter what language they speak.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
