It is also designed for agencies that handle other company's social media channels on their behalf.

This project focuses on advancing Rupert's capabilities by introducing new features, including TikTok and YouTube integrations and buying signals detection functionality.

The buying signals feature leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to analyse customer interactions in real-time, instantly identifying potential sales opportunities and notifying businesses. This lets users act quickly on leads, turning engagement into direct revenue opportunities.

Combined with TikTok and YouTube integrations, Rupert will provide users with a unified platform to manage multi-channel platform engagement, improving productivity and brand reputation.

Rupert's advanced moderation tools also tackle harmful content by identifying and quarantining negative comments, fostering safer and more inclusive online environments. Rupert bridges the gap between small businesses and enterprise-level social media management tools by enabling SMEs and agencies to handle large-scale social media engagement with fewer resources.

Rupert has already been adopted by local organisations such as Myton Hospice, highlighting its positive impact on businesses in Coventry and Warwickshire. Additionally, Rupert has consistently operated out of this region and is committed to supporting the local economy by hiring locally.

This project will significantly benefit SMEs and agencies, enabling them to compete in an increasingly competitive digital landscape. The platform improvements will reduce response times by up to 90%, drive productivity, and help businesses build stronger connections with their audiences.
