High Assurance GNSS Receivers for UAS in CNI applications

Abstract
A multi-disciplinary team has been assembled comprising some of the most trusted players in their field’s domain. Rockwell Collins UK Limited, a market leader in High Assurance GNSS receivers will be joined by VTOL Technologies an innovator in the use of Light UAS for monitoring Critical National Infrastructure assets, Nottingham Scientific Limited and National Geospatial Institute at the University of Nottingham. This team will be assessing the most viable novel techniques available from the use of Galileo signals that could be used to create a GNSS receiver with the level of performance required to meet the challenging demands of a Light UAS operating beyond visual line of sight for the inspection and monitoring of high value assets.
