Description Explorathon 2019
Form Of Engagement Activity Participation in an activity, workshop or similar
Part Of Official Scheme? No
Geographic Reach Local
Primary Audience Public/other audiences
Results and Impact The Institute for Gravitational Research at Glasgow University had a stall at the Explorathon. This was a public event which brought together researchers from many different disciplines, who communicated their research to several hundred members of the public over the course of two days. This generated greater interest and understanding in the research being carried out locally. Many attendees asked where they could find more detailed about our research.
