Technical Summary

The Group is developing methods to use large DNA fragments, particularly artificial chromosomes for delivery of properly regulated genes in vivo. Although ultimately aimed at humans, the work is generating a number of useful mouse models of disease.||Note: This group closed on 30/09/2005 but incurred some residual costs in 2006/07
