Search for New Particles decaying to jets

Abstract

A search will be carried out for phenomena not included in the standard model of particle physics that decay to two jets. This includes excited quarks, additional W and Z-bosons, quantum black holes, colorons, and SUSY particles. The search will be carried out using the dijet invariant mass spectrum measured using the ATLAS experiment at the CERN LHC.
