Abstract

Development of ambient extended life Sweet bakery products. Some sectors of the foodservice industry, such as airline travel, have restricted facilities for storage of children frozen products and logistical difficulties in supplying freshly baked. We are aiming to innovate extended life ambient products to enable consumers around the world to enjoy the quality they already get on the high Street.
