Abstract
ONE Creative's innovation will embed core Building Information Modelling (BIM), information management, facilities' management (FM) and IoT (Internet of Things) capability within a central, cloud-based information management system tailored towards building safety management.
The platform will fully encompass the release of the final Building Safety Bill, and provide effective tools for duty holders to fulfil their obligations.
The collaborative platform allows information to be freely shared amongst key stakeholders, emergency services, residents, project and building safety teams.
Residents will be provided with a voice, supported by a mechanisms for incident reporting, complaints and a means of accessing key building safety information.
Our innovation will provide a sole database to maintain 'The Golden Thread' throughout its life cycle, whether a new construction project or legacy building.
