Abstract
At Elite Mind Academy we use neuroscience research to develop healthier workplaces and provide mental health support directly through employers.Organisational Wellbeing is an emerging field, with no clear standards, established measures and industry benchmarks, preventing effective collaboration between different experts and hindering improvement. As a result, most organisational wellbeing initiatives remain at the superficial, 'tick-box' exercise level, with health & wellbeing experts lacking business strategy skills and impact measures to demonstrate the ROI of their interventions.
There are no nationwide guidelines or standards on organisational mental health strategy, and we want to change that. **The purpose of this project is to design a new business model to enable health experts to drive organisational wellbeing strategy with clear impact measures.**
Our main goal of this design project is to **establish a clear, replicable and measurable organisational wellbeing strategy blueprint** that connects the needs of employers, employees and independent providers in order to drive consistency and high standards in organisational wellbeing as well as national policy for workplace mental health.
By developing a clear wellbeing strategy blueprint and impact measures, we can drive innovation in the field by facilitating knowledge transfer and improving the standards of healthy working environments by introducing competitive benchmarks.
By bringing together expertise from neuroscience research, impact evaluation, organisational strategy and technological innovation, we hope to accelerate the implementation of mental health support via employers, in turn reducing the burden on the national healthcare system.
