Abstract
**Pathfinder: Empowering Young People to Find Their Creative Career Path**
Our project aims to address the skills gap issue faced by young people in the UK, providing an accessible approach to discovering their strengths and interests within the creative industry. According to the charity Education and Employers, only 11% of primary school children aspire to work in the creative sector, and this number drops to just 6% for secondary school .
We envision a world where young people are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their chosen career paths, and where the creative industry is thriving with a diverse and talented workforce.
