Animal-Identical, Plant-Grown: Molecular Farming for healthy and natural alternative meat ingredients

This project is for the delivery of sustainably produced ingredients for healthier alternative proteins, We grow our animal-identical proteins inside the biomass of crop plants in a molecular farming approach. Project outcomes are prototypes of animal-identical protein to enhance the taste and quality of existing meat alternative offerings, In so doing, we enable wider adoption of products that directly contribute to bettering of our climate emergency and greater health of existing plant-based alternative meat offerings.
