Abstract
British theatre is dying: struggling to attract audiences, especially in UK regions, and losing major grants.
And yet, there is a ready-made market for the Arts:
* 50% of gay US travellers experienced live performances and galleries on their last trip;
* Europe's LGBTQ tourism market is worth €65Bn euros.
But of all those international visitors, 85% don't leave London and only 3% visit Cardiff. Billions of pink pounds don't reach the UK's regions.
We want to bring the international LGBTQ community back to the UK and to the UK regions' amazing live events, theatre, art galleries.
How?
Our publishing-driven initiative uses gen-AI and big data to connect the international LGBTQ community with Arts experiences in the UK.
* Users interact with Jo, our AI-LGBTQ advocate, to explore live events in their chosen cities and book tickets for shows, hotels and other services.
* A premium model will customise recommendations based on the collection of data related to our users onsite and on their other online behaviour.
* Our conversational AI bots will change the way people interact with websites, engaging visitors using conversations and delivering personalized services including bookings and support. Initially LGBTQ-focused, we will further scale by versioning the technology for other industries.
