Supplier Logistics Management in the Cloud

Knowing where the waste is arising in the supply chain is critical to cutting down on waste which is of fundamental importance to efficient delivery of construction projects in the UK. This project will develop and implement a massively scalable and interoperable cloud based solution to provide end-to-end real-time visibility into the supply chain by integrating supplier's logistics and company's internal supply chain data into the cloud. It will evaluate supplier performance & compliance and analyse data in the cloud to automatically determine any risk to the supply chain and and also identify and implement KPIs useful for supply chain optimization in construction. The technological innovation lies in data extraction, integration and enrichment from multiple sources to form a single source of insight within your organization. The system will be demonstrated on a technically complex project with Costain and 30 of its suppliers.
