Abstract
The cross sector regulatory sandbox is a proposal to create a single point of entry sandbox where firms are able to test innovative propositions, in a controlled environment, overseen by multiple domestic regulatory agencies. The initiative will ensure firms have a single point of contact for policy and regulatory issues, and can help harmonise regulatory differences and deliver real value for innovative firms and consumers.
