Abstract
The objective of this project is to develop an aerospace Motor Drive System utilising ‘next generation’ technologies. This project will close current technological gaps, thereby facilitating the use of electric actuation on the next generation single aisle aircraft and supporting the introduction of the all-electric aircraft. The project will be executed in the UK which will benefit the economy and help to secure UK jobs in advanced technology.
