Developing measures of antibiotic prescribing quality in hospital

Abstract
The aim of the project is to investigate behavioural factors which drive appropriate and inappropriate prescribing practices by undertaking targeted qualitative interviews with prescribers who exemplify these behaviours. This work will support the development of national indicators for antibiotic prescribing quality, working with the antimicrobial resistance team at PHE.
