Abstract
The main aim of the proposal is to develop easily scalable, cost-effective downstream processes for commercial cheap production of recombinant antibodies by:
(i) identify centrifuge-free cell harvesting and lysis methods, and
(ii) use state-of-the-art membrane separation technologies for isolation and concentration of target proteins.
