Description | This ISIS travel awarded funded Dr Lesley A Boyd to visit Embrapa-Trigo in Brazil. Discussions during this visit lead to new project proposals and collaborations. Plans were made for 3 PhD students to spend 6 months working at NIAB, Cambridge, UK over the following 3 years. A joint BBSRC UK-Brazilian Partnership award was submitted jointly to BBSRC and CNPq (The Brazilian research funder). Both parts of the Partnership award were funded. |
