Description We have developed a new collaborative proposal for funding and are in the process of co-authoring another review about the importance of rancid fats, that are produced from dietary fats by metabolism in normal body processes, for lipid oxidation in obesity

Results and Impact This presentation request followed on from the Inclusilver symposium in Aarhus on "New knowledge and emerging opportunities for improving elderly nutrition".
I was invited to give a lecture for a dedicated group of Health Care Professionals working within the area of disease related malnutrition (primarily dietitians and nurses).
the original plan was for an in person symposium but this was instead delivered over zoom. This sparked questions and discussion after and the organisers ran the session again.
