How Do Glycine-Induced Bent Structures Influence Hierarchical Nanostructuring and Suprastructural Handedness in Short Peptide Assembly?
in Advanced science (Weinheim, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany)
| Description | Understanding the relevance of antibody adsorption to the stability of antibody therapeutics Adsorption of antibodies to different interfaces can lead to different fates; some interfacial adsorption, e.g., very hydrophilic solid/water interface, may not cause large structural deformation or unfolding. In contrast, adsorption to hydrophobic surfaces such as hydrophobic hydrocarbon chain (SAMs) may lead to unfolding and aggregation. Building a network of industrial and academic partners who share interests and skills in the topic. This was evidenced from a BBSRC sponsored antibody adsorption and stability workshop, held during Dec 2022, with some 20 international speakers and 50 attendants, all invited. |
