However, it has clearly led to increased bilateral collaboration, with support from EMBRAPA and BBSRC Newton Fund. | Collaborator Contribution | Post the workshop Jon West and Kim Hammond-Kosack started to develop jointly with these Brazilian scientists Fusarium head blight - wheat project ideas involving disease modelling and forecasting , species diagnostics via genomic sequencing of all five species found in the Fusarium complex in Southern Brazil and to explore new ways to control this serious disease. |
