Description This European Partnering award was used for developing research collaboration that led to the submission of an EU grant application under the Horizon 2020. The funds were also used for the organisation of the First Global Alliance for Research on Avian Diseases (GARAD) meeting in London in July 2015 attended by over 120 participants from around the world.
Exploitation Route The Alliance has helped in identifying major areas of research and the network will help in more coordinated research to tackle the challenges from avian diseases
