Description This Partnering Award has led to the initiation of new joint projects between UEA and Taiwan National Defence Medical Centre that started in 2016.
It has also resulted in a Taiwanese student registering for a 3 year PhD at UEA-IFR in the laboratory who matriculated in October 2016.
Exploitation Route Too early to predict and now uncertain due to funding issues referred to previously.

Description Partnering award has led to the initiation of new joint projects between members of UEA and Taiwanese institutions that includes exchange of researchers. A student from one of the partnering Taiwanese institution is now (Oct. 2016- ) undertaking a 3 year PhD in the laboratory of the PI at UEA-IFR which will facilitate increased interactions between the institutions.
