Description | Academic conference Biosensors in Medicine |
Form Of Engagement Activity | Participation in an activity, workshop or similar |
Part Of Official Scheme? | No |
Geographic Reach | National |
Primary Audience | Industry/Business |
Results and Impact | This workshop assembled 45 participants from business and academia to discus the impact and future of biosensing in medicine, with a particular focus on enabling start-up companies. This resulted in further collaborations with consultants on prototype developments as well as a further participation in a workshop in Leeds with primary care practitioners. |
