Description The primary finding for the grant have been discussed in detail in grant EP/G069581/1but there was significant progress made in understanding turbulent flow and the use of high performance computers to deliver the advances in science.
Exploitation Route Turbulence features in all types of fluid flow phenomena, from chemical engineering to weather prediction. The results and the database created can be used to improve flow predictions and test new hypotheses.
