| Description | Insights relating to the design of a co-design tool arising from design workshops (both physical and virtual) that tested new toolkit prototypes developed to aid a co-design process that is both engaging to participate in and of genuine value to Fairphone (a manufacturer of smartphones whose business model is based on circular economy principles) as they develop new products and services, moving away from the service industry with a concentration on end products, to one that focuses on the service systems and connected context. |
