Description Waveguide packaged high frequency sources (150 GHz)
Exploitation Route The 150 GHz frequency sources are useful as pre-amplifiers for high capacity long range (1-2 km) wireless communications. They could also be used as local oscillators in receiver systems.

Description A polish SME, Orteh, are currently evaluating sources developed on this project for scanning systems, digital holography, graphene based shielding surfaces and diffractive/subwave optics tests. If successful, we will look to make these available commercially.
