| Description | The seminar series created a thought space that spread the word about trust and the role of HRM. It has gone on to results in further applied research funding from consortium of org and the CIPD. the applications - especially Searle have created a world wide network of scholars for whom this is a topic of interest, but also gained traction with professional organisations and policy makers. |
