Title Code for analysis of connectivity data 
Description This is a suite of MATLAB programs allowing novel analysis of data describing the topographic map through the nerve connections formed of one brain structure to another. So far it has been applied to Fourier-based imaging data from mouse.

Description A new text book "Principles of Computational Modelling in Neuroscience" was published.(Cambridge University Press, ISBN 978-0-521-87795-4) This was co-authored by team members of this grant, and of a previous MRC Programme Grant.
