Description This invention relates to the production of rodent endometriosis models by implanting into wild type recipient rodents menstruating endometrium from donor rodents in which an oncogene, such as K-ras, has been activated. Rodent endometriosis models and methods of production and use of such models in screening for therapeutics are provided.
