Abstract
We propose to produce a Data Repository Dashboard (with both web-based and command-line interfaces) to allow IRIS Experiments to easily deploy and manage data repositories (e.g. relational databases) on behalf of their users. This will lead to the realization of the first version of the IRIS High-performance Database Service, making it straightforward and streamlined for Experiments to publish substantial data collections to their Users, via topical relational and "no-SQL" database platforms.
Further, we will define and document a proposal to extend the facilities of the Dashboard to Experiment Users, thus supporting use cases where individual Users (or small groups of Users) can create and use databases as part of their workflow, without significant investment of database administration effort.

Planned Impact
This will benefit the IRIS consortium and therefore will impact all STFC scientists using the eInfrastructure supported by IRIS.
