IRIS digital asset creation: Creation of new capability for the Rucio Data Management Digital Component -Part-II

This project will continue work already well established with the core Rucio development team. The proposed work will augment the objectstore capability, metadata capability, and monitoring capability within Rucio. The Engineers at Edinburgh are about to deliver a first objectstore software asset for integration into the official Rucio release, demonstrating their ability to create assets for this community wide project. The work proposed here follows on from this.
