Unperturbed avian flight: on the wings of birds, and how they use them in the wild - WCUB, ENWW

I will develop novel experimental techniques in biomechanics, enabling investigation of aerodynamics and kinematics in wild birds, ultimately shedding light on the evolution of avian form and flight, with implications outside biology (e.g. for bioinspired design).
