Abstract
Abstracts are not currently available in GtR for all funded research. This is normally because the abstract was not required at the time of proposal submission, but may be because it included sensitive information such as personal details.

Description | There is an intermediate exam each research PhD student has to pass after. In this exam a panel examines, if the research work done so far meets the criteria for a PhD. I have passed this exam and can now proceed with my PhD research studies. |
Exploitation Route | Now, after my intermediary exam, I will decide in more specific term how to proceed with research and this will involve publishing articles at some stage. Once I have published something of my research, it can be used by other scholars and other interested individuals. |

Results and Impact | Around 25 people were in the audience of the lecture-recital on 6th May in the Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution and learned about mothers in the heroic context of 18th-century opera. One family turned up for a workshop with crafts and an informal talk on opera. The audience gave informal and oral feedback afterwards. They enjoyed the concert, reported that they had learned new facts about early 18th-century opera. |
