Formulation advice - 3D printing food

We have developed a series of food consumables to work with a 3D food printer that creates fruit-like food from liquid ingredients. The food is created on demand with a custom shape, texture, and combination of flavours. Our consumables are used in an exclusively licensed 3D printing technique and includes a wide variety of ingredients, such as fruit juices, alcoholic beverages, soups and sauces.
