High Integrity Additive Manufacturing Using Recovered Material Feedstocks

Abstract

A joint collaboration between Liberty Powder Metals and University of Nottingham motivated by a business case that suggest the powder will see a 10 fold increase in value once it has been recycled. The project is looking to prove that recycled material feedstock has the required mechanical integrity for industrial applications such as automotive and aerospace after being additively manufactured.
