Abstract
New Food Innovation Ltd , an SME with food ingredient and waste valorisation technology and know how
is working with Granotec (Chile), a leading South American provider of food ingredients , nutritional
premixes and process technology to assess the feasibility of establishing a strategic alliance and route to
transfer technology in waste valoriation and production of high value ingredients from co streams into
the South American food and beverage sector and build a food and beverage technology innovation
network between UK and South America industry and academia.
