Abstract
To develop a novel radar technology based on sea wave prediction to improve offshore floating wind turbine efficiency, maintenance and safety, which would reduce their cost of energy to benefit the electricity consumer and enable their wider deployment in deeper waters (e.g.: in the Celtic Sea).
